At Premier Investor Capital of Texas, we specialize in financing investment real estate using a collateral based approach (rather than income or credit based) known as Hard Money Loans (or Smart Money Loans).  We are proud to offer 2 different products, one of which offers short-term, interest-only loans for commercial real estate, residential real estate and on a case-by-case basis for unimproved property (raw land).  Our second product offering is for improved residential property, fix and flip type properties, or ground-up / new construction financing.

 

Our target markets are Dallas / Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and Houston.  We are proud to provide solutions for investors who need to close quickly without the bureaucracy often associated with the more traditional bank lending process.  All of our loans are “interest only."  We can often close your loan in a week or two!
