Our loans follow an “alternative approach,” relying on bank statements (to verify liquidity and cash flow), credit history, and industry experience, rather than traditional tax return-based income documentation.

We finance a range of property types, including single-family residences, 2–4-unit multifamily properties and, in some cases, raw land and commercial properties. Our primary markets include Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston.

All loans are interest-only, with terms ranging from 6 to 12 months. Interest is paid as funds are disbursed, avoiding the “Dutch interest” model.
