Mike Coble
Mike, a Texas native and graduate of Texas Tech University, has built a successful career in the mortgage lending industry.
With a focus on Texas real estate, including single-family residences, land, & multifamily properties, he has gained extensive experience in both buying and selling properties in various markets.
Recognizing the demand for specialized financing solutions not offered by traditional banks, Mike and his son, David, founded Premier Investor Capital of Texas. Their aim is to serve qualified buyers who may not meet the requirements of traditional lending institutions.

Courtney Coble
Courtney, a second-generation lending officer, was inspired by her father’s mortgage career and developed a passion for helping customers achieve their business goals through tailored solutions.

In 2019, Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and soon-after, began her professional career at Oracle. During her 4.5 years there, she gained invaluable experience in sales, account management, and strategic business development.

In August 2024, Courtney joined PICTX, leveraging her corporate success and industry knowledge to elevate our operations. She oversees our marketing efforts in addition to lending responsibilities.
Retail Lending Officer
David Coble
David is a second generation real estate lender having watched his father’s mortgage career as a child. After attending Texas Tech University with a BBA in Marketing in 2021, he joined the family business to learn the trade.

After a short time, David became interested in the Private Money Lending (Hard Money) industry and co-founded Premier Investor Capital of Texas in September 2022.

Currently, David wears multiple hats helping with loan origination, loan servicing and accounting.
